Arteer Olivia contacted Codie recently with some questions about MachinimaCam, as her group was planning to spend some time learning to use the in-world, video-making HUD as a group.  Arteer hoped that maybe Codie could give them some tips on how to get started.  As is her usual style, Codie graciously offered to host and present a four-part workshop series for anyone interested in learning to use the ever-popular MachinimaCam HUD.

We have two sessions nailed down. Both on Saturday mornings. Both at 9AM to 11 AM SLT. (YES! Codie will be awake for these! They are Noon her time, so all is well!) *huge grin*

The first will be a complete Introduction and all the Basics on using the MachinimaCam which you can purchase on X St, here.

Please take the time to read the manual prior to the session. I suggest printing it out on “real” paper so you can highlight sections you may have questions on and also use it to refer easily back to when you have your C/Alt/F1 on and can’t access it.

The second session will include more advanced use of the Cam and will include more information on making short “films”, etc. Codie will give us more of a rundown on this and I will post more info here on the next session later.

Lastly, there are two advanced sessions planned for down the road. We will be ready! Try to attend!
